    By accessing or using Zavvid, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

  2. The service

    Zavvid is a free, browser-based tool for saving publicly available YouTube videos and audio. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

  3. Your responsibilities

    You are responsible for making sure your use of Zavvid and of any downloaded content complies with applicable law, copyright, and YouTube's Terms of Service. Only download content you own or have permission to save, and don't redistribute other people's content. Zavvid does not condone copyright infringement.

  4. Acceptable use

    Don't use Zavvid to automate or scrape downloads, to get around the security check or rate limits, to overload our servers, or for anything unlawful. We may block access that looks automated or abusive.

  5. Fair-use limits

    To keep the service available to everyone, we limit how many downloads can be started from the same network in a short time and how long videos can be. These limits may change without notice.

  6. No affiliation

    Zavvid is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

  7. Privacy

    No account is needed to use Zavvid. The Privacy Policy explains what is processed when you use the service.

  8. Availability

    We aim to keep Zavvid available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

  9. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zavvid and its operators aren't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of downloaded content.

  10. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Zavvid after changes means you accept the updated terms.
